These sessions focus on enhancing self-awareness, presence, mindset, and emotional intelligence, enabling you to overcome obstacles and make progress towards your dreams. What is the best way to prepare for an Energy Clearing Session?

Be in a quiet space, close your eyes and relax. Be in a meditative state - you can be seated or laying down. Have a glass of water and a journal besides you, and a blanket. Remove all jewelry. Set the intention for the energy to go around the metal if you have metal in your body. You must be open to receive an energy clearing.
